Shared room with 2 beds, a large wardrobe and small shelves as well. There is ample storage space and the room is very well lit and ventilated with a beautiful view out to the garden.
Only 7 minutes from Pasing S-Bahn station, where S3, S4, S5, S6, S8 and several regional trains (RBs) stop. It's super convenient - only about 7-12 minutes to the city center. Thanks to the excellent connectivity, we never had any problems getting to and from places.
We are a group of 4 students from Kerala, India (2 girls and 2 boys) studying at TUM and ISM and we currently live together in a cozy, welcoming apartment. One of us will be going abroad for an exchange semester, so we now have a vacancy! We are looking for a friendly and like-minded student to join us and share a room with one of the boys.
Our home is perfect for someone who appreciates a balance between focus and fun. We are all working students who value our studies but also enjoy cooking together, hanging out and occasionally enjoying a good party. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the 3rd floor (unfortunately no elevator) and offers a peaceful atmosphere with beautiful surroundings. Although it is away from the crowds of the city, it is very accessible by public transport, making it convenient to get around.
If you are an Erasmus or exchange student, looking for a short stay during your semester abroad and don't need KVR registration, this could be the perfect place for you! However, if you require a KVR, unfortunately we cannot provide this as the stay is not long-term.If you are a new student in Munich, we would be happy to help you settle in and ease your transition. We've all been through this and would love to share tips, advice and support with you to make you feel at home!
