Wir suchen dich für unsere bunte, liebevolle, ökologische Haus-WG | We're looking for you for our colourful, loving, ecological house share :)

Klar, Ramersdorf ist nicht mega zentral :D als fahrradbegeisterter Mensch lässt sich trotzdem alles ganz gut erreichen: 7 km zum Hauptbahnhof, 6 km zum Flaucher, und etwa 1 km zu den U-Bahn-Haltestellen Karl-Preis-Platz (U2) und Michaelibad (U5, U7, U8). Wir sind sogar noch im Geltungsbereich vom MVG-Rad ;) Außerdem liegt die Bushaltestelle Adilostraße nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, da fahren bis in die Nacht regelmäßig Busse zum Karl-Preis-Platz (7 min) und Ostbahnhof (12 min). Ansonsten ist die Gegend eher ruhig, mit vielen jungen Familien. Ein schöner Grünstreifen, der zum Hachinger Bach und zum Ostpark führt, ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Im Ostpark lässt es sich ganz gut laufen gehen, und das Michaelibad ist auch nicht weit. Lustigerweise haben wir ein Gartencenter direkt um die Ecke, falls wir uns gärtnerisch austoben wollen :) Und, gerade neu entdeckt: vor Kurzem wurde in etwa 15 Minuten Fahrradreichweite ein solidarischer Supermarkt eröffnet, der FoodHub München in Obergiesing!

Sure, Ramersdorf isn't the most central district in Munich :D but if you're a cycling enthusiast, everything can still be reached quite easily: 7 km to the main station, 6 km to the Flaucher, and about 1 km to the underground stops Karl-Preis-Platz (U2) and Michaelibad (U5, U7, U8). We are even still in the area covered by the MVG bike ;) In addition, the bus stop Adilostraße is only a few minutes away on foot, from which there are regular buses to Karl-Preis-Platz (7 min) and Ostbahnhof (12 min) until late at night. So it's also fine if you don't enjoy cycling :) Otherwise, the area is nice and quiet with many young families. A little grean are leading to the Hachinger Bach and the Ostpark is a few minutes' walk away. The Ostpark is a good place to go for a run, and the Michaelibad is not far away either. Funnily enough, we have a garden centre right around the corner :) And, just discovered: recently, a solidarity supermarket opened in about 15 minutes cycling distance, the FoodHub München in Obergiesing!

Bisher besteht unsere neue "Bergnest"-WG aus drei Mitbewohnis: Eva, Maximiliane und Johannes. Wir haben alle drei große Lust, hier eine schöne Gemeinschaft aufzubauen, mit viel Liebe, Lebensfreude und Buntheit :) da wir recht musikbegeistert sind (Eva spielt Kontrabass, Johannes Klavier, Maximiliane Topfschlagen), haben wir schon darüber gesponnen, im Keller ein Musikzimmer einzurichten. Im Garten und auf dem Balkon ist Platz und Sonne genug für ein paar Hochbeete zum Gemüseanbau. Uns liegt Nachhaltigkeit am Herzen, wir ernähren uns überwiegend vegan/vegetarisch und wollen das Haus möglichst Second-Hand einrichten. Vielleicht wäre auch eine gemeinsame Solawi-Mitgliedschaft schön :) Bei Diskussionen über Politik und Feminismus, Tanzen, spontanen Jam Sessions, Kochabenden mit einigen Besucher*innen und Fahrradtouren sind wir immer dabei. Eva tanzt mega gerne Salsa, arbeitet in Teilzeit, und studiert nebenbei noch Informatik. Johannes war die letzten Monate auf Fahrradreise, hat das Kommunenleben ausprobiert und hat gerade bei einem Think Tank zur Energiewende zu arbeiten begonnen. Und Maximiliane sucht hauptsächlich jemanden zum Tischtennis spielen, kocht und backt liebend gerne, und ist politisch sehr engagiert. Unsere Wünsche an dich als Mitbewohni: LGBTQI*-freundlich, Bewusstsein für Nachhaltigkeit, Zeit und Lust auf Gemeinschaft, offene Kommunikation und Liebe. Und vor allem liegt uns am Herzen, dass wir eine schöne Gruppe finden, um dieses aufregende Projekt gemeinsam mit vielen Ideen zu gestalten! <3

So far, our new "Bergnest" Haus-WG consists of three housemates: Eva, Maximiliane and Johannes. We are all three very enthusiastic to create a nice community here, with lots of love, joy and colourfulness :) as we are quite fond of music (Eva plays the double bass, Johannes the piano, Maximiliane drums on kitchen pots), we have already been dreaming about setting up a music room in the basement. In the garden and on the balcony there is enough space and sun for a few raised beds for growing vegetables and building a compost. Sustainability is important to us, we eat predominantly vegan/vegetarian and want to furnish the house as second-hand as possible. Maybe a joint Solawi (Solidarity Agriculture) membership would be nice too :) We're always up for discussions about politics, feminism and climate justice, dancing, spontaneous jam sessions, cooking evenings with friends and visitors or cycling tours. Eva loves to dance salsa, works part-time and studies computer science on the side. Johannes has been on a bike trip for the last few months, where he tried out communal life and learned about permaculture, and recently started working at a think tank on the energy transition. Maximiliane is primarily looking for a table tennis buddy, loves baking and cooking, and is very politically engaged. Our wishes for you as our fourth housemate: LGBTQI*-friendly, awareness of sustainability, time and enthusiasm for building community, open communication and love. And most of all, we care about finding a beautiful group to create this exciting project together with lots of ideas! <3
