Hi! I'm leaving Munich because my student exchange is coming to the end and I'm looking for someone to replace me here.
I rented the room completely empty, just the heated floor, a generous size window exposed to east and the bathroom (really a game changer to have it inside your room!). So I had to get the whole forniture you can see in the pictures. Now, I don't want to bring it back with me, since I think it well fits this room and maybe could be useful for someone else. I'd just like to pay back some expenses, so I'm asking 500€ for it (bed with mattress, wardrobe, desk, shelves, shoe rack, but not the night stand).

The house is located in a very quiet neighbourhood, there are two supermarkets (Netto and Aldi) both at 10 minutes walking, a couple of restaurants and above all the U6 stop "Freimann" at less than 10 min walking. This stop is exactly between the city center (Marienplatz) and Garching, so if you study at TUM it's a really good location. From home to Marienplatz or to TUM (Garching Forschungszentrum) it takes 20-30 minutes.

Since you have your own bathroom, you will share the living room and the kitchen (with microwave, dishwasher). There are washing machine, dryer and drying racks upstairs to share with the others.
So far, we are all students.

Price comprehends utilities and cleaning of shared spaces.

You will sign the contract directly with the landlord starting from April. We will split the rent of March (that I will pay to the landlord) accordingly to the date you will move in.
