I am subletting my room for TWO MONTHS.
About the room:
- It faces South and has a big window and a glass door through which you can access the balcony, making it super bright.
- In case you didn't finish the previous line, yes, it has access to a balcony from where you can work.
- You will have a desk, desk chair, and a mattress, together with a small set of drawers. The house is huge, so there is plenty of space.
- I also have a set of dumbells and a yoga mat that you are more than welcome to use during your stay.
About the house:
- Apart from a beautiful kitchen and big living room:
1) We are very fortunate to have a guest room that you can use.
2) We have a beautiful garden, with a BBQ.
- You will find everything you could need here, so you don't have to worry about anything. Just enjoy it :).
The neighborhood is considered to be one of the best in Munich (one only needs to look at the houses around to realize it).
We are 3 min away from the bus stop (54). Furthermore, you can reach Holzapfelkreuth U-Bahn station in roughly 10 min walking.
Apart from that, everything you could need is within walking distance. You will have a big Edeka 500m away, a Netto, and a Penny. You will also have a Lidl a bit further away.
You will be sharing the house with three more people, 2 women, and 1 man, all of them very open, clean, and nice hard-working professionals aged between 28 and 34.
Apart from the bathroom, which you will only share with 1 woman and 1 man, the rest is shared and taken care of by all members of the house.
