Fully furnished room with wardrobe, double bed and desk - no fees for the existing furniture is necessary. Additionally, I bought an Ikea dresser that I can leave in the room for more storage, and also some nice curtains!
Our apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, with all the necessary dishes and small daily equipments. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. In one of the bathrooms we also have a washing machine for common use. There is also a storage room in the basement to deposit your belongings.
Our WG is a co-living, ready to move-in apartment, managed by a company, with which your rent contract will be signed. The monthly rent is fixed at 825€ "warm", which includes all the basic bills (internet, electricity, heating, etc). The rent contract will be for unlimited stay, with the possibility of registration. But very important is that there's a minimum stay of 6 months, before that you can not cancel your contract.
A big plus in this apartment is the location! Within a few hundred meters you'll be able to find all the necessary daily shops (Netto, Lidl, Edeka, Rossmann, DM, bakeries, etc..). The closest Ubahn Station is Harras (U6) and we are only 4min by foot from the Mittersendling S-Bahn Station (S7). From here you can reach the Hauptbahnhof in less than 20min by public transportation, or in 15min with the bike. Marienplatz is only 20min with the S-Bahn or U-Bahn, or around 18min with the bike.
The flat is very international! Your roommates will be Luciana, who is from Argentina and is working as a chemical engineer, and Gul Zain, from Pakistan, who is doing his PhD in Computer Science. The third room will also become free by the end of the month and someone new will come. If you have a male friend that would like to join the WG, just let me know!
We have a pretty chilled and friendly co-living atmosphere. We all work full-time and have our own lives, but we try to do things together from time to time. We try to keep the flat clean and in order, so we have a cleaning plan and every week there's a pair responsible for cleaning the common areas.
We are looking for a girl (24-28 years old) to replace me. Ideally you are a respectful and friendly person, and have previous experience living in a shared flat. At the moment, we are all workers here, but students are also welcome. You don't have to provide an official proof of income, but you have to mention how you will manage for the room.
I am looking forward to reading your message! Please mention a little bit about yourself, what you are doing in Munich and why you want to move into our WG. If it seems like you would be a good fit for the WG, I will invite you for a viewing, some time during the week, after 6 pm. It is possible to have an online viewing, although not preferred.
