Hello WG seekers!
A room in our WG is gonna be free from 01.12., but an earlier move-in date may be possible after paperwork is processed. It is located in a very spacious house in Trudering with a living room, well-equipped kitchen (two fridges, dishwasher, microwave, oven), two bathrooms (both with shower), basement with washing machine and dryer, garden, and garage. The room is rented unfurnished. Anmeldung is possible.
The bus station Nauestraße is just a few steps away from the house. There the bus 194 takes you to the U-Bahn/S-Bahn station Trudering in 15min, where you can change to the lines U2/S6,S8 and reach the city center in another 15min. Around the station you can find many supermarkets (Aldi, Edeka, Rewe, dm, Rossmann, etc), bakeries, and FitStar. There are also an Edeka, Aldi, and Lidl at 5min by bike from home, or 15-20 minutes by foot.
You can also get to U5 Quiddestr. or Neuperlach Zentrum with just one bus transfer, with only a 5-minute wait time.
Your room will be on the first floor, with Anton (24), Elvan (27), and Maria (21). Anton is German and studying a Bachelor's in Bioinformatics at TUM. Elvan is from Turkey and is finishing her Master's in Ecology at LMU. Maria is Colombian and is doing her Ausbildung as Hotelfachfrau. I (Steve, 26 USA, doing a Master's in Amerikanistik at LMU) also live in the flat, but am in the basement with my own bathroom, so you won't see me as often as the others.
As a WG we like to cook or eat together and host a party from time to time. We're open to doing more things together, but everyone has their own schedules.
We value cleanliness, especially in the shared areas.
