Quiet and Clean PhD student searching for housing

Hi! am currently doing my PhD, so I have long working hours. am a salaried employee of the Max Planck Society. I am very quiet, play no loud musical instruments or listen to loud music on speakers. I am also clean but not obsessive, so am the perfect person to keep a place tidy without being a nuisance to others. I don't smoke or have any pets. My pastimes at home are cooking new things and reading books. I am not interested in hosting parties. I generally keep to myself, but am social often and very curious and interested in other cultures. I don't have a car, and would appreciate a bike cellar or storage room to keep my bike in.
