WG Zimmer im schönen Haidhausen

The transport connections are second to none, as we live less than a 5 minute walk away from both Ostbahnhof and Rosenheimer Platz, providing strong connections to the U-Bahn, S-Bahn, Bus and Tram lines.

Haidhausen is a special district to live in. The nickname "Mini-Paris" is an accurate depiction of the neighbourhood, with cool cafes, delicious restaurants, lively bars and plentiful shopping opportunities located throughout. Everything you could ever need is located within a 5 minute walk.

Die Verkehrsanbindung ist unübertroffen, da wir weniger als 5 Gehminuten vom Ostbahnhof und dem Rosenheimer Platz entfernt wohnen und eine gute Anbindung an die U-Bahn, S-Bahn, Bus- und Straßenbahnlinien haben.

Haidhausen ist ein besonderer Stadtteil zum Leben. Der Spitzname „Mini-Paris“ ist eine treffende Beschreibung des Viertels, in dem es überall coole Cafés, leckere Restaurants, lebhafte Bars und zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Alles, was Sie jemals brauchen könnten, ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

We live a pleasant and respectful life in the WG, often hanging out and cooking with one another, though this is by no means a necessity of living in our WG. We have a mix of working professionals and students in our WG, and so we are all respectful of each other's time and space.

Sofia (W 25): born in Bulgaria, Sofia speaks English, German, Bulgarian and Italian. Sofia is a wonderful cook, regularly leaving the kitchen smelling of something delightful. When she isn't at her dance lessons or wine club, Sofia works and studies in the field of biotechnology.

Nico (M 24): born in Germany and raised in the USA, Nico speaks English and German and is the social butterfly of the WG. When he isn't busy with his two main activities of playing football and trying to put his earrings in, you can find Nico studying for his Master's in Economics. If you step inside his room, you will see that his most effective study technique is "wrecking kids" in a wide variety of video games.

Paul (M 25): born in Germany, Paul speaks English and German (+ a little bit of Spanish) and is the WG sweetheart. Paul is a man of many talents, frequently making long cycle tours around Bavaria, taking his surfboard to the Eisbach, or pursuing his secret dream of producing music in the style of Fred Again... He is as quiet as a mouse and as clean as a whistle and when he isn't spotting UFOs from the balcony, he is solving mind-boggling math problems for his Master's degree.

Wir führen ein angenehmes und respektvolles Leben in der WG, verbringen oft Zeit miteinander und kochen miteinander, obwohl dies keineswegs eine Notwendigkeit für das Leben in unserer WG ist. Wir haben eine Mischung aus Berufstätigen und Studenten in unserer Arbeitsgruppe und respektieren daher alle die Zeit und den Raum des anderen.

Sofia (W 25): Sofia wurde in Bulgarien geboren und spricht Englisch, Deutsch, Bulgarisch und Italienisch. Sofia ist eine wunderbare Köchin und verlässt die Küche regelmäßig mit einem angenehmen Duft. Wenn sie nicht gerade Tanzunterricht oder Weinklub besucht, arbeitet und studiert Sofia im Bereich Biotechnologie.

Nico (M 24): In Deutschland geboren und in den USA aufgewachsen, spricht Nico Englisch und Deutsch und ist der soziale Schmetterling der WG. Wenn er nicht gerade mit seinen beiden Hauptbeschäftigungen, dem Fußballspielen und dem Anbringen seiner Ohrringe, beschäftigt ist, findet Nico seinen Master in Wirtschaftswissenschaften. Wenn Sie sein Zimmer betreten, werden Sie feststellen, dass seine effektivste Lernmethode darin besteht, „Kinder in einer Vielzahl von Videospielen zu ruinieren“.

Paul (M 25): geboren in Deutschland, spricht Englisch und Deutsch (+ ein bisschen Spanisch) und ist der WG-Schatz. Paul ist ein Mann mit vielen Talenten, der häufig lange Radtouren durch Bayern unternimmt, mit dem Surfbrett zum Eisbach fährt oder seinen geheimen Traum verfolgt, Musik im Stil von Fred Again zu produzieren ... Er ist mucksmäuschenstill und sauber als Pfeife und wenn er nicht gerade UFOs vom Balkon aus entdeckt, löst er für sein Masterstudium verblüffende mathematische Probleme.

We are looking for my replacement in the WG. They would preferably meet the following criteria:

- age 20-28
- speaks German and/or English
- clean, tidy and respectful of shared living spaces

It is a bonus if you enjoy cooking together and hanging out in a social environment :)

Wir suchen meinen Ersatz in der WG. Sie würden vorzugsweise die folgenden Kriterien erfüllen:

- spricht Deutsch und/oder Englisch
- sauber, ordentlich und respektvoll gegenüber gemeinsamen Wohnräumen

Es ist ein Bonus, wenn Sie gerne gemeinsam kochen und sich in einem geselligen Umfeld aufhalten :)
