Welcome to your dream international apartment, featuring nine spacious, newly renovated and fully furnished rooms spread across four floors, each floor providing its own bathroom for convenience and privacy. The shared kitchen is equipped with three fridges, stove tops, and dishwashers, ensuring enough space and efficiency for all tenants. In addition, the dining table comfortably accomodates ten people for shared meals or simply shared conversations. The terrace provides space to relax and unwind,complete with an outside lounge area and backyard offers plenty of space for outdoor activities or a round of ping pong.

If you went to long out at night for party, you can easy walk from the main station Ostbahnhof to your home.

At Ostbahnhof is a cozy place called 'werksviertel' there are lots of bars Restaurants. You woun't belive but, there are High-rise buildings with sheep on the roof garden :)

A little bit about myself: I’m Sophie, a former tenant of Bavarian Casa 1 who now lives with the landlord, Tobi. Being an American girl, I loved the idea of establishing a community for people who are new in Munich and seek new friendships and experiences. This apartment is supposed to create a space for people who want to discover the German culture but also want to feel safe in an international environment.

We aim to find tenants who are willing to create a peaceful and respectful community, where one has the option to unwind in their private room or be social and seek conversation in the common area.

Since the house is newly renovated you would be on of the first to move in! Its important for us to find tenants who we think will get along so we will take the time to get to know you and make sure you vibe with the other new tenants.

Our aim is to find long term tenants who want to stay for at least 1 year.
