The room is spacious, bright, and overlooks a beautiful green backyard in a quiet, charming neighborhood. It’s fully furnished with a wardrobe, large desk with storage, a new bed (with mattress and lattenrost), and a shoe storage unit with a sitting area—all of which must be taken over from the previous tenant for 400 euros.

The apartment has all capabilities. We have a dishwasher in the kitchen and washing machine in the basement(for free).

The apartment is conveniently located just 5 minutes on foot from the U5 Michaelibad station, with a 20-minute ride to Karlsplatz. To the north, the U2 Josephsplatz station is only a 10-minute walk away. Shops and groceries are also within a 10-minute walk. A 6-minute walk brings you to the beautiful Ostpark, where you can enjoy free yoga and Pilates classes in summer, and ice skating in winter. The neighborhood is calm, and the house faces a small park, perfect for biking, running, or simply relaxing. Free parking is available right in front of the apartment.

We are Teresa, Anna, and Irmak! Unfortunately, Irmak is moving out, and we're looking for a new flatmate to join our cozy home. Theresa, 25, has been living here for 3 years. She’s from Aalen, works full-time, is super active, loves all kinds of sports, and is a social butterfly. Anna, 22, moved in a year ago. She’s from Ottobrunn, studying for her bachelor’s degree, and is also very sporty. Anna is vegan, and we love sharing meals and trying out new vegan recipes together.

We’re more than just flatmates—we’re friends. We enjoy spending time together, whether it's wine nights, clay painting, dining out, ice skating, jogging, or just hanging out. It’s important to us to get along well and maintain a warm, friendly atmosphere. We keep the apartment clean and organized and are respectful of noise, as we often work or study from home.
