A beautiful (opened in January 2023) shared apartment in a quiet and beautiful area in Munich, with a bright bedroom. I am working in a Five star hotel and im moving to a different location with the same company therefore moving out of my room. The room is equipped with a bed, a dresser, and a desk. A large wardrobe is located directly in the hallway in front of the room. Additionally, the balcony is only accessible from this room and can only be used by this room. The apartment has a kitchen (with a dishwasher), a bathroom with a toilet, and a cellar compartment. The apartment contains a stove, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. It is a 3-room shared apartment, so you will be sharing the apartment with two roommates. Both speak German and English. From the shared apartment, you have easy access to the rest of the city, with only a 3-minute walk to the nearest subway station and bus stop. When using the subway, you can be in the city center in just 10 minutes. Several supermarkets are within walking distance.

NB! It is not possible to rent the apartment for less than 6 months, meaning that the earliest possible time to end the contract is after 6 months.
It is very close to the Böhmerwaldplatz station 2 minutes walk and has a very close 4 minute walk bus station which you can take and reach in just 3 stops to tram and SBan stations. the apartment is located in a very quiet neighborhood with a very nice park opposite the apartment building, very close to supermarkets, banks, main streets.
The roommates are very kind and very helpful for anything you might need, a girl and a boy ages 25 - 35 who live and work in Munich.
We maintain an open and honest approach in our shared apartment. So far, we have managed the household relatively independently, as cleanliness and order are important to all the roommates.
