Hi 🙂 I'm looking for roommates: payable, cleanly, non-conflict, honest, no bad habits, no contagious diseases, no allergies to animal hair, no sensitive sleep (with normal sleep: еveryone in this house comes home late.).

Suitable for: 1-2 women, 2 sisters, sister and brother, woman with children or couple (woman+man, woman+woman). In 2 furnished ROOMS + with a private balcony of 10 metres🔥, in a 3-room flat.
➡️ These 2 rooms are closed by one door with a key and it turns out like a 2-room flat with a balcony🔥 (shared: kitchen, bathroom, toilet).

➡️ In the third room I live ( I positive оptimist 🙂, non-conflict, after myself always leave cleanliness, other people's things do not touch. My room is outside the apartment. I cook rarely).

The flat is fully furnished:

✔️ During the recent downpours in our town everything was great and safe, the location is super👍

➡️ Everyone in this house: me and the upstairs neighbours, come in late and need to shower, eat, so there are the sounds of water, door, lock, keys and a little bit of footsteps from the neighbours. It doesn't bother me at all. Therefore, I am looking for neighbours who will not be disturbed by such natural sounds, so that everyone will be comfortable 😉

🏠 The entrance to the bedroom is THROUGH the living room. In the BEDROOM: 2-bed wide bed, large wardrobe, curtains, lamp, table, parquet. And if needed: a nice, fluffy rug. And a mountain view from the window 😍🏔️ The white sofa that is on the photo, originally stood in the hall.

🏠 In the LIVING ROOM: 2 white sofas with white cushions, a long cabinet, floor lamp, curtains, new laminate on the floor, panoramic door and exit to the balcony 😍🏔️ TV does not remain. There is 1 more beautiful bed if needed.
