The room is located on the 3rd floor of a 3-floor house also a basement. There are 2 more different rooms on the floor. Even though it is a small room, there are necessary items in the room (cabinet, hangers, a small desk.). Items that do not fit in the room can be placed in the basement on the bottom floor of the house.

The house is very close to Ubahn Moosach station, tram and bus stops. to the city center by tram or metro. Also can easily reach schools (LMU, TUM, HM) by Ubahn or tram. There are markets and shops near the house where you can meet your needs (Kaufland, DM, Aldi, Rossman, pharmacies, bakeries,kiosks etc.).

8 people stay in the house. There is a fair distribution of 4 men and 4 women and it is an international house. The language spoken at home is mostly English. The residents are generally students or young employees. Although everyone at home has their own busy schedule, some housemates are open to socializing. A home where everyone is understanding and quiet. With the weekly cleaning plan, the general cleaning of the house is distributed equally to everyone.
