Hello,
Myself and my flatmate are moving out of our current wg in January 2025, hence, we are searching for a replacement from then. The building is ideally located close to Kreillerstrasse U2 stop (5 minutes walking distance). Two supermarkets (Lidl, Rewe & Edeka) are 10 minutes away. The ostpark is also 10 minutes away by bike, with Englischer garten 15 minutes away by U2-U5 connection.
Two rooms are available:
Room 1: The first room (referred to in the pictures as Room 1) has two huge closets with a table attached, a bed of 80*200cms dimensions, a dresser one sofa seater, and a mirror. Warm rent: 700 euros..this room is available from 15 January 2025, however the exact date is negotiable.
Room 2: The second room (referred to in the pictures as Room 2) has one huge closet, a dresser, a bed of 120*190cms dimensions and a bed side table. Moreover, it goes to a nice balcony, which is currently under renovation but will be available for use soon.
Warmrent: 750 euros. This room will be available from 1st January 2025. Please reach out to +39 (siehe Kontaktinformationen) (Laura) via Whatsapp for further details and to arrange a viewing appointment for room 2, as it's my flatmate's room!
The shared spaces will be the kitchen, washroom and a small walkway. There is a basement for additional storage space, as well as a huge freezer. The rent is inclusive of all furniture and extra costs.
The kitchen comes equipped with an oven, stove top and dish washer. We have weekly turns to clean the apartment.
