The room is approx. 14m², fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk and storage unit. The room also has access to the balcony, which is shared with the room next door and overlooks a garden. Square meter of the balcony does not count into the 14m². On the balcony there are two wooden chairs and a table.
WG was refurbished in May 2024. There are four rooms in total in the WG. Common rooms are a big kitchen fully equiped (very pleasant for those who like cooking), a bright bathroom, separate toilets and some storing furnitures in the corridor. There are also a big cellar and a room to store bikes in the basement.
The rent is 895€ warm, everything is included (electricity, water, GEZ, internet, etc...)
The flat is located in a quiet residential area. It is at 3-minute walk to tramway line 25 (Kurstraße station) (easy access to Rosenheimer platz and then S-bahn services) and 7-minute from the U1 (Wettersteinplatz station), which goes to Sendlinger Tor and Hauptbanhof. It is also very conveninent to use the bike to reach the city center or to the surroundings. The nearest grocery store is Edeka at 5 minutes walk and there are also more stores at Wettersteinplatz.
For now the WG is composed by:
- George, english mate very nice, who loves hiking, taking picture and ice hokey. He is working in broadcasting. You will share the balcony with him.
- Daniele, german fellow, funny fellow who likes poker and cooking. He is working for a journal.
- Alessandro, italian flatmate that will be replaced by another one: Giacomo when the room will be available. Both nice guys.
- Antonin, french guy you will replace in the WG.
The WG has a very friendly atmosphere, we go out time to time, spend a lot of funny moments either around a drink or poker cards, or smoking on the balcony.
We are looking for someone who can replace me (Antonin) in the WG and can be at ease in our friendly international WG. You will exchange first with me and if it fits, you can come to the WG to visit and meet the other guys, preferrably in the evening, after work. (Of course your profile must also be approuved by the agency who manages the WG, but usually if you can pay the rent and you are serious enough there will be no problem ;))
