Room
Important to note is that you have to stay a minimum of 6 months, from that you can extend your contract if you want. There's no side costs, the rent is a fixed prize. The deposit will have to be paid upon signing the contract. If you cannot make it exactly on the 01. Feb, that's okay, you can still reach out. 🙂 However those who can make it to 01. Feb will be preferred.
We have two rooms currently available in our flatshare. Both are located in the basement, with windows each, next to our living room and kitchen (which means you will have the bigger bathroom of the place 😉). This also means, it's pretty quiet and no outside noise, so good for studying. Both rooms are about the same size and same price, just different form. They are fully furnished, which makes it convenient.
Location
We are located in lovely ✨Maxvorstadt✨, right next to the famous Pinakotheken. This is also the closest public transport station, the Trams 27 and 28 pass by here, as well as the Busses 100 and 68 to Hauptbahnhof (10 min by bus) - those are just out the door. There's also Theresienstraße subway line U2 (7 min by walk) and Universität subway line U3/U6 (8 min by walk).
Also, the TUM and LMU are just down the street with a big library. There's like 3 Edekas in 5 min walking distance as well as a Lidl (10 mins) and plenty others. Also, there's a kebab right outside and some kiosks closeby in walking distance that are open until late.
You have a lot of bars and chill cafés just around the corner, since you're located in the popular Universität-area close to Türkenstraße, Barerstraße and Schelligstraße. So, if you enjoy a lively area, you'll like it here. ✌🏼🙃

About the roomies:
we used to be a core group of 6 who moved to this place together, and we have two more roomies with us right now, and everyone is getting along pretty well together. Two people of the core group are moving out, and I can def say, that if you want a social WG and hang out, you can do that here. Of course, no pressure. :) But my roomies would be happy to welcome someone who wants to do some things together. So, if you're social, you're a good fit for this place. If you're looking for a Zweck-WG (no friends, just functional) i doubt this is the place for you.
Some of us are working fulltime, others are studying, so there's a few different life rhythms here, but it's been harmonizing very well together so far.
The living room is equipped with a pretty nice tv and a small couch, where we sometimes did movie nights and celebrated a small christmas eve. The atmosphere is open and chill. Since we have a small kitchen for 8 people, it's important to us to keep it clean.
