Hi, I'm Sandra and I'll be renting out my room in a shared flat on Hohenzollernplatz from mid-February. As I will be in Berlin for at least two and a half months until the end of April, but I may be able to rent it out for longer.
The room is 19 square meters and has a large south-facing balcony. Being on the fifth floor, the room gets a lot of sun even in winter.
About the flat share
You will be living with Dominik, who works in finance, and Nik, who is studying medicine. Both are very nice and clean and living together is very pleasant. Nik may not be in Munich during this time as he may be doing an internship. You are welcome to get to know both of them during a video call or a personal meeting.
Otherwise, the shared flat is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher and two bathrooms. There is a bicycle storage room in the basement, and a cleaning lady comes by every two weeks to keep the apartment clean. There is also the option of storing your belongings in a dry cellar.
