14 m2 room in ~50m2 apartment. The apartment (ground floor) is warm and welcoming; it has a small entrance, a bathroom with a huge shower, 2 rooms and a big shared kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher. A dining table and a sofa complete the cozy atmosphere.
There is a private washing machine in the basement.
The room is furnished with a 140 x 200 cm bed, drawer, wardrobe, bookshelves, desk and chair. Is well-sized for one person and receives a lovely light from outside during afternoon hours.
A small extra storage room is available in the basement. The heating is independent and can be adjusted based on the exigence of the flatshare.
LOCATION
Exceptional location (Kantstrasße; 80807) in a peaceful and green neighbourhood: 5 minutes to U3 (Petuelring), U2 (Milbertshofen), and tram 27.
Rewe and Penny supermarkets are 5 minutes' walk away, and Lidl is at 10.
Really close to Olimpiapark and Luitpoldpark, ideal for those who like sports and to spend time outdoors.
20 minutes by Ubahn to Marienplatz and Hauptbahnhof, 40 to Garching Forschungszentrum.
FLATSHARE
Some final info: I'm not the landlord, but he is letting me freely choose my future flatmate. He has always been nice to us, helping us set up the furniture, occasionally buying new ones and taking care of some minor maintenance of the house.
Visiting is, in general, possible any day after 6PM...
