I will be changing my job and due to the urgency. I am offering my room room for rent, for long term.

The room is very spacious and fully finished, laminated floors, very bright and two doors linking to the balcony. The balcony itself is furnished as well with Balkon Chairs and tables.

The location is perfect for Commuters, Professionals and/or students.

The apartment is 53m2 in totat and the room is 20m+

The kitchen is medium sized, comes fully equipped with: Refrigerator , Deep Freezer, Cooking Ware and Utensils, Blender and Storage, The price also includes wireless LAN.

Schwanterlerhoher is a very central area located in the center of Munich.
For Grocery shopping, There is a shopping mall at hackerbrucker, In there you have lidl, Vapiano, Basic (organic), other small shops etc. NOTE: The ZOB is also located here, Bus Terminal. So pretty handy for catching the bus to cities within and outside of Germany (if you like travelling, within budget, this is perfect as well).

You will be sharing the flat with a female in her early 30s, currently studying.

The Sbahn Station (Hackerbrucker) is 5 mins walk from the flat, There you can catch all sbahn (Very Handy). There is also a tram steation (ShchrenStrasse) which is litereally, 3mins walk, just around the corner. There you can catch the tram 19 or 18. Both trams go into town (Hanuptbahnhof, Stachaus, Marienplatz, Odeonplatz, Sendlingetor etc) The 19 also has a 19N that runs all night, perfect for a weekend nights out.
