I’m renting out my cozy and fully furnished guestroom in my apartment. The room comes with a comfortable bed, a wardrobe, and a shelf, providing you with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Fresh bedding and towels can also be provided.

You’ll have access to shared facilities, including a bathroom and a spacious kitchen/dining area where you’re welcome to enjoy your meals. The apartment is in a fantastic location—right by the beautiful Isar River, directly across from the Deutsches Museum, offering a perfect blend of nature and city life.

A little about me—I’m Irene, 34 years old, and I work as an IT engineer. I’m passionate about sports, especially road biking, swimming, and hitting the gym!

The rental period is flexible, so feel free to reach out with any questions. I’d love to welcome you to my home!

The apartment is centrally located near Deutsches Museum. Public Transport is just few minutes walking Isartor, Frauenhofer Straße or Rosenheimer Platz.
