Hello room seeker! I'm subletting my room in a 2-room shared flat in the best location in Munich for a month (there is also some flexibility if you wanna move in a few days earlier or move out a few days later).
**Please read carefully as this is not your average room ;) **
If you are interested in the room, please write in **ENGLISH**.
The room is fully furnished, I'm leaving everything you can see in the pictures, so you only need to bring your suitcase and you’re set! The room is cozy and spacious (15 sqm) **BUT**, the entrance to the second bedroom in the flat is through my room, meaning that the other flatmate has to go through your room in order to get into his room. However, as you can see in the pictures, a room divider has been installed so you will have privacy.
The flat is located in Schwanthalerhöhe, Westend, right next to Theresienwiese. The area is really nice, you can find a lot of cute bars and restaurants, you can reach the U-Bahn (metro) station in 4 minutes, and the S-Bahn in 12 minutes, so it's very easy to get around. You can find any supermarket you can think of in a few minutes walk from the flat, and there is also a mall right next to the flat. So the location is quite iconic! One more thing, the flat is 4th floor with no elevator, so it's a great legs and glutes workout :)
The most precious thing I'm leaving in the flat is Jakub, my flatmate and best friend, which you will be sharing the flat with. Jakub (33) is working towards the end of his PhD in molecular biology; he is from Poland and is probably one of the funniest people you will ever meet. He speaks some German, but you need to feel comfortable speaking English. His hobbies include going to the gym, vegan cooking, watching memes and making fun of people. As I mentioned before, the entrance to Jakub's room will be through yours (see pics). Jakub is doing homeoffice, so in case you are working/studying from home, keep that in mind. The flat is LGBTQIA+ friendly :)
If you are interested in renting my room, please write me something about yourself so we can get to know you, feel free to share your social media if you have some. Please write in English as both of us do not speak German well enough. I will try to answer as soon as possible, but please be patient :).
If we think it can be a good fit, we can have a video call or if you are in Munich you can also come in person, whatever you prefer :)
There is also some flexibility if you wanna move in a few days earlier or move out a few days later.
Unfortunately, residence registration at the KVR/Bürgerbüro will not be possible for the time of the sublet.
