Zimmer in Top-Lage / möbiliert (Komplette Übernahme ab Okt. möglich)

Unsere WG liegt super zentral. Sie bietet den perfekten Mix zwischen urbanem Großstadt(dorf)getümmel und Naherholungsgebiet. Zum Schloss sind es mit dem Fahrrad 10 Minuten, zum Bahnhof braucht es zu Fuß circa 3 Minuten und Hafen und Hawerkamp sind auch direkt um die Ecke. Was natürlich mega praktisch ist :).

Wir haben einen Rewe direkt vor der Haustür und Lidl die Straße runter. Verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten am Hansaring sind auch nicht weit. Am Bahnhof gibts einen dm. Bäcker, Post, Cafés, Bars und diverse Essensmöglichkeiten gibt es auch in der Umgebung.

Zum Haus gehört ein großer Gemeinschaftsgarten, der von den meisten Mietparteien kaum genutzt wird. Dafür gibts für unsere WG mehr Platz zum Gärtnern, rumlümmeln oder was dir sonst noch so einfällt.

Our flat is very centrally located. It offers the perfect mix of urban city (village) bustle and local recreation area. The Schloss (castle) is a 10-minute bike ride away, the train station is about a 3-minute walk and the Hafen (harbor) and Hawerkamp are just around the corner. Which is of course super convenient :).

We have a Rewe right on our doorstep and Lidl down the street. Various shopping facilities on Hansaring are also not far away. There's a dm at the train station. There is also a bakery, post office, cafés, bars and various places to eat in the area.

The building has a large communal garden, which is hardly used by most tenants. Nice for us! So we have more space for gardening, lounging around or whatever else you can think of.

Meine lieben Mitbewohner*innen, mit denen du die Wohnung teilen würdest sind Hannah, Mirlay und Ahmad. Die drei stellen sich am besten selber vor:

Ahmad ist Sozialarbeiter mit Herz, Seele (und Niere) und hat für akute Lebenskrisen seiner Mitbewohner*innen immer ein Ohr. Er bringt oft tütenweise gerettete Brezeln mit, ist für spontane Unternehmungen zu haben, ist der Kreuzworträtselexperte der WG und hat einen nerdigen Filmgeschmack.

Hannah ist eine sehr sprudlige und offene Person mit viel Energie. Die meiste Zeit des Tages verbringt sie mit Tanzen, Theater oder Contact Impro – oder sie denk darüber nach und plant neue kreative Dinge. Sie ist für Umarmungen oder zum Reden immer da.

Mirlay ist politisch interessiert, kritisch, warmherzig. Sie teilt ihren Kaffee und nimmt dich mit in die Boulderhalle. Sonntags ist sie in der WG Küche anzufinden und für Pfannekuchen-Frühstück und Schabernack zu haben. Unter der Woche verbringt sie aber viel Zeit am Schreibtisch.

My lovely roommates who will be living with you are Hannah, Mirlay and Ahmad. Here is a short introduction of each of them:

Ahmad is studying to be a social worker. He is always there to listen to our little crises and problems and he often brings bags of saved pretzels or other food. Whenever you have a spontaneous plan, Ahmad will be down, and he is the renowned expert in crossword puzzles and has the most nerdy taste in movies.

Hannah is a very energetic, joyful and sensitive person. She spends most of her day dancing, doing theater or contact improvisation (and if she is not doing that, she is at least either thinking about it or planning new creative stuff). She is always there for a hug or a little chat.

Mirlay is a politically interested, critical and warm person. She is happy to share her coffee with you and take you to the climbing-gym to go bouldering. On Sundays, you'll usually find her in the kitchen making pancakes for breakfast. Even though she spends a lot of time at the library during the week, she is always around for spontaneous silly ideas.

Die eigentliche Kaution für das Zimmer beträgt 630€, da es sich aber nur um eine Zwischenmiete handelt halte ich eine Kaution von 300€ für fair. Ein entsprechender Untermietvertrag ist selbstverständlich und die Kaution wird sofort bei Übergabe des Zimmers zurückgezahlt. Ein rücksichtsvoller Umgang mit den Möbeln und Gegenständen im Zimmer halte ich ebenfalls für selbstverständlich. Einen großen Pluspunkt gibt es, falls du Lust hast dich um meine Pflanzen zu kümmern! :)

Diese Wohnung ist unser Zuhause und ein Safe Space. Faschos und diskriminierendes Verhalten können gerne draußen bleiben!

The deposit for the room is €630, but as it is only an interim rental, I think a deposit of €300 is fair. A corresponding subletting contract is a given and the deposit will be returned immediately when the room is handed over. I would expect you to treat the furniture and my beloninigs with respect. A bonus point is if you are happy to look after my plants! :)

This flat is our home and a safe space. Fascists and discriminatory behaviour can stay outside!
