Schöne 4er WG am RHW frei :) INTERNATIONALS WELCOME!

Wichtig!! Du musst eingeschriebene Studentin sein. Wir suchen jemanden Weiblichen💃

In unserer Vierer-WG wird vom 15.8.2024 bis zum 1.4.2025 mein Zimmer frei, da ich ein Erasmus mache. Das Zimmer würde ich dir mit all meinen Möbeln überlassen, sodass es direkt einzugsbereit ist ;).
Du würdest mit Thorben (23), Hannah (23) und Jan (22) zusammenleben.
Thorben schreibt gerade seine Bachelor Arbeit in Psychologie und wird wahrscheinlich im Sommer dann noch ausziehen. Er spielt Fußball, geht vieel ins Campus Gym (direkt vor der Tür bei uns!) und ist sonst oft mit Freunden unterwegs. Hannah studiert Erziehungswissenschaften im Master, tanzt Ballett, hat seit neuestem ihre Liebe zum Joggen entdeckt und geht gerne Kaffee trinken. Jan studiert Physik und macht gerade auch seinen Bachelor, wird aber für den Master weiter bei uns wohnen (yay! :)). Er geht oft und gerne spazieren, geht auch joggen oder kicken und ist für seinen leckeren Gnocchi Auflauf bekannt. Alle drei sind super liebe Menschen bei denen du dich bestimmt gleich wohlfühlen wirst!!
Wir machen auch 1-2 mal im Semester wilde WG Partys, wäre also cool wenn du da dabei bist🥂🌟
Uns ist wichtig, dass du keine Zweck WG suchst, weil wir gerne mal Sachen unternehmen und Zeit zusammen verbringen :) aber natürlich kannst du dich auch immer zurückziehen!

Die Wohnung:
Es gibt 4 Zimmer, eine Küche (mit Spülmaschine & Kaffeemaschine), mit anhängendem „Wohnzimmer“, ein Badezimmer und noch ein extra Klo. Außerdem haben wir einen Balkon mit Abendsonne. Durch mein Zimmer kommt die Sonne morgens rein, also hast du den ganzen Tag Licht☀️. In der Miete ist schon alles inklusive, es ist echt preiswert hier zu leben.

Die Lage:
Wir wohnen am berühmten RHW, wo super viele Studis wohnen. Direkt vor der Tür sind die Uni Sportlagen (Basketball, Volleyball, Fußball, Tennis, Paddel, Tanzen…), das Campus Gym, wo man günstig trainieren kann und das Campus Café mit tollen Möglichkeiten zum draußen sitzen.
Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich zu Fuß 3 Minuten von hier, zwei Mensen sind mit dem Fahrrad in max. 5 Minuten zu erreichen, das York Center mit Lidl, Rewe, Aldi, dm, Apotheke, … ist mit dem Rad 5 Minuten entfernt. In die Stadt brauchst du 10-15 Minuten. Auch die naturwissenschaftlichen Fakultäten, die FH, der Leo Campus, die Fliednerstraße und die Uniklinik Gebäude sind alle super nah. :)

Important!! You must be a registered student. We're looking for a female.

In our four-person apartment my room will be free from 15.8.24 to 1.4.25 because I am doing a semester abroad. I would leave the room to you with all of my furniture, so that you wouldn’t have any moving stress ;).
You would live with Thorben (23), Hannah (23) and Jan (22).
Thorben is currently writing his bachelor thesis in psychology and will probably move out this summer. He plays soccer, goes to the Campus Gym a lot (right outside our door!) and also spends a lot of time with friends. Hannah is a master’s student in educational science, does ballet, has recently discovered her love of jogging and likes meet people for coffee. Jan studies physics and is also currently doing his bachelor's degree, but will continue living here while he does his master's (yay! :)). He likes going on walks, jogging or playing football and is known for his delicious gnocchi casserole. All three are super nice people with whom you will certainly feel right at home!!
We also host parties 1-2 times a semester, so it would be cool if you are down for that🥂🌟
It is important to us that you are not looking just looking for a room, but also to get to know us, because we like to do things and spend time together :) but of course you can always have time to yourself!

The apartment:
There are 4 rooms, a kitchen (with dishwasher & coffee mashine), a bathroom and an extra toilet. We also have a balcony with evening sun. My room has morning sun, so you have light all day☀️ The rent is all inclusive, so it’s really cheap to live here.

The location:
We live at the famous RHW, where a lot of students live. Right next-door to us are the university sports facilities (basketball, volleyball, soccer, tennis, paddle, dancing...), the Campus Gym, where you can work out for a cheap price, and the Campus Café with great opportunities to sit outside.
The bus stop is a 3 minute walk from here, two canteens/cafeterias are a maximum of 5 minutes by bike, the “York Center”, a shopping center with Lidl, Rewe, Aldi... is 5 minutes away by bike. It'll take you 10-15 minutes by bike to get to the city. Also the science faculties, the main FH building, the Leo Campus, the Fliednerstraße and the University Hospital building are all super close. :)
