New in Neu-Ulm: Master's Student Looking for a WG Starting October 2024

My name is Franz Vargas, a 31-year-old from Guatemala, and I’ll be moving to Neu-Ulm on October 23 to start my Master's in Digital Transformation and Global Entrepreneurship at Hochschule Neu-Ulm. I’m looking for a room in a friendly and organized flatshare, available from the end of October or as soon as possible.

I have 12 years of experience living in flatshares, both during my studies in the USA and in Guatemala, where I worked as a Programs Manager and Impact Consultant for an American NGO. I’m clean, responsible, and flexible with shared tasks like cleaning and maintaining common spaces. I speak Spanish, English, Portuguese, and I’m currently learning German (A1-A2 level), with the goal of improving quickly.
