Requesting for a long term accommodation in Neubiberg

I am Dikshitha S from India.
I will be starting my Master studies in LMU, Munich, Germany from this winter semester. I am looking for a place in and around Munich and if I get a chance to live in Neubiberg I will happily consider it based on the rental type. I am looking for a shared flat with maximum rent around 300 Euros per month furnished or partially furnished or an unfurnished place with basic requirements given and city registration is available.
I know to be in my limits and to be a comfortable flatmate, I take care of my own things and will give my best in keeping my place clean and tidy, I know to cook basic foods and I am a good listener and will be a good friend one can ask for.

I will be waiting for any leads in this.
