The house has four rooms. They're all in the second floor. We have a kitchen, a main bathroom (shower, bathtub, washing machine), an extra bathroom (that is just the toilet and a sink), a living room, a big garden, a basement, and a garage. The house is overall pretty big.
The bus stop is 3 minutes away on foot. From there you can take a bus to TUM Garching that gets there in about 15-17 minutes. If you want to go to TUM Freising, the S-Bahn station is 15 minutes away on foot, and 5 if you take a well timed bus. Freising is just two stations away. The Munich center is about 30 minutes on the train. There is a Rewe 10 minutes away by walking, and a bigger Rewe, a Penny and a DM 15 minutes away on foot. And of course, if you ride a bike you can get there much quicker.
Ladin is from Turkey, and she just finished Master at TUM. Joanna, who's from Bulgaria and has lived for some years in England, is moving out on the 1st of October. Saad is originally from Pakistan and he studied his Bachelor in England. He studies a Master at TUM Garching. Sergio is from Mexico and is also a Master student at TUM Garching. The ambient here is pretty relaxed, since everyone is often busy, but we do have good chats when we have time to talk :)

The warm rent (Warmmiete) is 600 Euros, all inclusive (I couldn't put that directly on the data above). The deposit is around 600 Euros. We are looking for somebody who is open-minded and has no problem living with people of different cultures, beliefs, religions, sexual orientations, gender, etc. We want to keep this place relaxed, welcoming and peaceful for everyone. Also, we distribute the cleaning of the common areas equally.
