The apartment is being cleaned weekly (hardwood floors, bathrooms, disposal of garbage and recyclables).

IMPORTANT: We put a lot of emphasis on cleanliness; after each departure/ prior to a new arrival bedrooms are being cleaned including, but not limited to, the disinfection all light switches, door handles, remote controls, bleaching of mattress covers, etc.! In other words, EVERY new tenant moves into a thoroughly cleaned and fully disinfected room!!
