Location: the very center of the city, walk 2mins to the famous Christmas market. Very quiet place with a small but nice balcony.
Room: 20 square meters private room of south side can enjoy sunshine the whole day. All new furnitures with half year old. Good and brand new mattress is very soft for relaxing. Shared kitchen and bathroom with washing machine and dishwasher.
Transportation: walk 5mins to subway station(U1-Lorenzkirche). Walk 1-2mins to bus station() Rathhaus). Parking is possible but difficult to find free parking place.
Living: The center of the city. Very convenient to go to all sightseeing by walking and there are a lot of bars and restaurants under stairs.
Note: For rent out one room till the end of Oct 2017 and afterwards can take over the complete Apartment(the cost of the funitures and kitchen will be discussed later). For short time renting Registration for address is not available.
