Hallooo.
I am Nico (26). Two rooms have become available in my flat and I am looking for nice people willing to create toghether a relaxed and pleasant WG :)
The bigger room (16m²) is nice and very comfortable. and you can have a bed, a cabinet and a desk paying a fee of 250€. The flat has 3 single rooms, a bathroom and a kitchen, and it was renewed just a few months ago. We have a dishwasher and washing machine, and in the basement we also have a large private cellar.
The flat is in a very quite area and is really well connected. We are just a few steps from Maxfeld U-Bahn stop but you can also easily reach the city center in 10 minutes by foot. All the important services are close by: a Rewe and a Pharmacy are just around the corner.Morover, we are really close to the Standpark
At the moment I am the only person living in the flat. I am from Italy and I moved to Nürnberg 6 months ago because I have started my PhD.
I am hardly at home during the week but I really enjoy having some nice talks in the evening. You must be clean, ordered and respectful, but if these basic requirements hold I am a really easy going guy. I really like to cook, do sports, and I am a music and movie lover. It would be nice to share some of these interests and create a pleasant and enjoyable shared flat.
