Please note:
• My son, aged 21, is living there in the other room – he is very independent and tidy and also a working student. The room to rent would suit a male working student or intern best.
• It is a family owned flat, and the contract would hence be between my parents (house owners) and you.
• The flat is one of three flats in a wonderful house in the countryside, Maisbach, only 10km from Walldorf and SAP.
• There is no public transport to the village, so you need a car.
• Supermarkets and all other amenities are 5 minutes (by car) and 3km away in Nussloch.
• General tidiness is required from both parties so that living in the flat is acceptable and enjoyable for both parties sharing the flat. Shared general sweeping & mowing the lawn in front of flat (1hr per week).
• The room is located in the back of the flat, basically, there is only a small basement window. However, as described above, you can use the lovely living room / dining room and kitchen. The pictures speak for themselves. 😊 There is one bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet.
Inklusive of:
Electricity (exception: if a small electric heater is used in the room, extra electricity will be charged).
Wifii in the flat.
Use of the washing machine in the basement right next door (maximum usage twice a week), the laundry can be dried easily on rails in that room in the basement.
Use of the flat (fully furnished also with TV; please do not spread and store personal items or furniture around the flat, except in your room).
The flat has a huge terrace (at least 60sqm) facing South with nice Lounge furniture.
The flat is 80sqm.
Monthly rent: (to be paid cash by the 1st day of each month) (down payment: Euro 450) (short term is also OK - 3 months)
Euro 420 (when staying the entire month month)
Euro 390 for commuters (use of the room Monday to Friday; not weekends)
Mutual notice:
You and I give at least a 2 month notice that you are leaving or are asked to leave
The room would really suit a working student (also only English speaking) who studies and works nearby and who owns a car.
The other person in the flat is tri-lingual (German, English & Greek) and would love to have someone to speak English with! :-)
