It is one of the Higher rooms of our flat, with a good View onto Frankfurt Skyline.
We have really short easy ways to Public Transport, which include a Busstation 2 min away from us, Central Station in Offenbach, reachable within 6 min and the S-Bahn Station Marktplatz reachable in Like 10 min.
That is also why the Farmers Market and many more nice little Things (fleamarket, little Shops etc. ) positioned around Marktplatz and the River are in comfortable Walking distance.
We are a diverse Mix of people and backgrounds, with Most of us studying at the Moment. Which can be really cool If everyone is doing their part and bringing skills and perspectives to the table, which everyone can benefit from. Which we are enjoying at the moment. Through different Projects, that are our Garden on our terrace and other private ones that are partially shared. But don't be shy to apply anyway :D
We also do some activities together, but also try to give everyone the space they need. As going to the Farmers Market, the Lake, or Just a communal Brunch. Because of different schedules,
differing needs and a big flat there are Times where you don't get to see parts of the Flatshare. But other than that we try live in sociable way with each other and talk with each other when opportunity is presenting itself, or Cook together. We also occasionally watched movies together, although that seems rather like a Winter Activity nowadays :)
We are also LGBTQI+ friendly and of course anti sexist and anti racist
