Furnished room available in a two bedroom apartment. The room is very spacious and has a nice view overlooking a park. It includes a double bed, a freestanding wardrobe, large solid desk with chairs, ceiling lamp and floor lamp. The apartment has a fully furnished kitchen, including a washing machine.
Secure building in a lovely neighbourhood next to parks and many shops.
Short walk to metro stops: Gambetta, Jourdain, and Menilmontant. Bus stops in front of the building, including direct bus to Gare du Nord (#26).
Lovely neighbourhood, just up the street from the Mairie XX. Many nice cafés in the area and services. The building is just next to a Carrefour Market and many smaller shops and bakeries along the street. Less than ten minute walk to Parc de Belleville and 15 minutes to Buttes-Chaumont. On Sundays there is a great fresh produce market down the street.
Very friendly flat share with a working individual from the UK. Respectful, work-life lifestyle in the flat. Lots of conversation and openness to enjoying the neighbourhood and Paris. The building atmosphere is also very friendly, nice respectful neighbours.
