Bonjour,

My roommate Anouska (30) and I (23) are looking for a new roommate that could move in mid april.
The room is 14 m2, there is a bed and a closet that would stay (almost all the furniture on the photos), it is very bright and in a great area.
The appartement is on the 5th floor and there is a kitchen, a bathroom and a seperate toilet.
We are an international flat (Anouska is from Copenhagen and I'm from Berlin) and we are looking for someone between 22 and 30 that is easy going, nice, respectful and has experience in living in shared flats.
We are both working (Anouska as an art curator and me as a pastry chef) and often have very different schedules, so we like our appartement to be a calm and clean place where we can relax. We also have our friends and family that come visiting quite a lot and we both love to cook ;)

We would be very happy to hear from you !
(Please write your description in English as Anouska isn't fluent in German)

Also, we are only looking for people that stay for at least ONE YEAR (no erasmus or shorter periods please).
