A cozy room is available in our 3-room shared apartment starting 1.3.2025 (Move in date can be discussed)
Here’s everything you need to know:
About the Room
• Size: 20m²
• Special Feature: Comes with an attached balcony, perfect for relaxing or enjoying the sun.
Location
• Just a 5-minute walk to the city center, where you can find shops, cafes, and restaurants.
• An Edeka supermarket is right across the street, making grocery shopping super convenient.
• Only a 7-minute walk to the central station(Hbf), ideal for commuters or travelers.
• The nearest bus stop is just 2 minutes away, ensuring excellent connectivity.
Suitable for students studying in University of Passau or Deggendorf Institute of Technoogy(Pfarrkirchen) or working individuals.
The Apartment & Flatmates:
• Shared with two other students Johanna and Sally, they both are polite, friendly, and respectful. Johanna is a student at the University of Passau and doing her bachelors and Sally is a Dr. She is currently doing the language program.
• We usually meet in the kitchen for small chats or meals but also respect each other’s personal space. It’s entirely up to you how much you want to socialize.
• The apartment is well-maintained, clean, and provides a peaceful environment for studying, working or relaxing. We also have a cleaning schedule and usually prefer cleaning it together as it is fun that way!
• I’ve lived here for over a year and always felt comfortable and at home.

• Shared kitchen, dining space, bathroom, toilet, corridor.
• High-speed WiFi.
• Washing machine, Dishwasher, 2 Fridge with freezer, Vacuum cleaner is available in the apartment.
The furnitures in the room can be taken over it includes bed, mirror, open wardrobe, shelf, table, work chair, seperate table chair for the balcony. All the furnitures were brought from IKEA and is in very good condition. (Price can be discussed)
