The room includes all the furniture required for your peacefull stay. The room has a beautiful garden veiw and face in the direction of sun. You can use all the available electronic appliences available in the room for your work/study purposes. Just make sure you do not break anythins :) :P
I also have a bike and will leave it for you here. You can use that as well. I usually use it to go to the Bahnhof. That helps me avoid the waiting time for the bus.
The bunglow is loacted in a quite area near Puchheim bahnhof. The bunglow is in a residential area, hence no parties and loud noices around.
Public Transport: Eichenau Friedhof Bus stop 4 mins away. Puchheim Bahnhof 5 mins by Bike.
Supermarket: Aldi, EDEKA and DM at 4 mins walk. All are aound 550 m from the bunglow.
The Bunglow is shared with 2 other people. We have a shread Kitchen, shared washroom (although we have two of them) and Washing machine. Let me introduce you to my flatmates
Sussane: She is a doctor of osteopathic medicine. She has her own clininc. She loves doing Yoga and Meditation and a very Friendly person. She goes to the clinic everyday hence wont see her around a lot.
Dipesh: A marketing and sales professional from India. He works from home most of the times. So you will see him around a lot.
And surprise surprise, we have a cute little Cat. His name is Chuck. He usually minds his own business and he hangs outside whole day. But is does not bother anyone else. He just sits or sleep. If you like cats then good, if you dont then no worries, Chuck wont care at all :) But Please be friendly and careful with him as he is a small baby. If you have read so far, reply to me with with the name of the cat at the very start of your message. So I know you are really interested in the room.
We share all the house duties and we make sure the duty is completed evey week. You will have a saparate cabinates on the kitchen abd the refrigerator for your stuffs. Eveyone in the house are really friendly and we like to get along and have a nice evening time to time.
The room is availabe from the 1st of September and until 30th of September without Anmeldung.
