The room includes all the furniture required for your peaceful stay. The room has a beautiful garden view and faces the sun. You can use all available electronic appliances in the room for your work/study purposes. Just make sure you do not break anythins :) :P
I also have a bike and will leave it for you here. You can use that as well. I usually use it to go to the train station. That helps me avoid having to wait time for the bus.
The bungalow is located in a quite area near Puchheim train station. The bungalow is in a residential area, hence no parties and loud noises around.
Public Transport: Eichenau Cemetery Bus stop 4 mins away. Puchheim train station 5 mins by bike.
Supermarket: Aldi, EDEKA and DM within 4 minutes walk. All are about 550 m from the bunglow.
The bungalow is shared with 2 other people. We have a shread kitchen, shared washroom (although we have two of them) and washing machine. Let me introduce you to my flatmates
Sussane: She is a doctor of osteopathic medicine. She has her own clinic. She loves doing yoga and meditation and is a very friendly person. She goes to the clinic every day and therefore won't see her around a lot.
Dipesh: A marketing and sales professional from India. He works from home most of the time. So you will see him around a lot.
And surprise surprise, we have a cute little cat. His name is Chuck. He usually minds his own business and he hangs outside whole day. But it doesn't bother anyone else. He just sits or sleeps. If you like cats then good, if you dont then no worries, Chuck wont care at all :) But please be friendly and careful with him as he is a small baby. If you have read so far, reply to me with the name of the cat at the very start of your message. So I know you are really interested in the room.
We share all the house duties and we make sure the duty is completed every week. You will have a separate cabinate on the kitchen and the refrigerator for your stuff. Eveyone in the house are really friendly and we like to get along and have a nice evening time to time.
The room is available from 1st September to 30th September without registration.
