Hey there!
As I will be moving at the end of the month, we're looking for a new roommate for one of the rooms. The apartment is located extremely central and located close to Mirabellgarten, which means all the supermarkets are just a close walking distance. You will also find the nearest bus line a two minute walk from the apartment.
There is a washing machine available in the basement and we share all the equipment in the kitchen and household stuff like vacuum so no need to get your own :)
The room comes with furnished with a transfer fee of 500 euro and includes a bed, mattress, desk and a wardrobe. The monthly rent of 400 includes electricity and wifi. We also have a parking space and will cost 60 eur extra p/m.
There are three other people in the flat, sharing it with Melina, Ina and Vivi. We all usually hang out in the evenings to share a meal or a drink although while we hate to admit it, love going karaoke on Thursdays. But if you're not feeling like hanging out, we also like to retreat to our rooms. :)
Ina: She is currently a working student where here job involves working from home in the evening and currently completing her masters.
Vivi: She is currently also completing her studies and is an artist. You'll find her amazing artwork around the house and she also has her own studio.
Melina: She is currently doing an internship at Red Bull and likes travelling and trying new things
We're looking for someone who''s studying or working, and friendly, clean and sociable person. We're like a family here so it would be awesome to get a housemate who we'll get along with!
