The room is really big and bright and it’s in the city center close to Salzburg Main train Station.
The room is approximately 23 squared meters, it offers a really nice cozy space. The windows allow the sun to go in the whole morning what makes the room really bright and warm in winter but not so hot in summer.

The location is the absolute highlight. The main train station and shopping centers like Spar, Müller, and pharmacies are only a 5-minute walk away. The Faculty of Natural Sciences is reachable by bike in just 15 minutes, and the Salzach River is also only 10 minutes away on foot. Bars, cafes, and restaurants are nearby, and the bus stop for line 22 is practically right outside the door.

One of my roommates is likely to move out in July. The other two roommates are students who also work part-time. They speak Spanish, English and German.
Since each of us has quite a different daily routine, we don't see each other too often. There's a weekly cleaning schedule. The atmosphere is generally very relaxed.

Das Zimmer ist wirklich groß und hell und befindet sich im Stadtzentrum in der Nähe des Salzburger Hauptbahnhofs.
Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 23 Quadratmeter groß und bietet einen wirklich schönen, gemütlichen Platz. Die Fenster lassen die Sonne den ganzen Morgen herein, was das Zimmer wirklich hell und warm im Winter, aber nicht so heiß im Sommer macht.

Die folgenden Möbel werden in der Wohnung verbleiben:

Die Lage ist das absolute Highlight. Der Hauptbahnhof und Einkaufszentren wie Spar, Müller und Apotheken sind nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Naturwissenschaftliche Fakultät ist mit dem Fahrrad in nur 15 Minuten zu erreichen und auch die Salzach ist nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Bars, Cafés und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und die Bushaltestelle der Linie 22 liegt praktisch vor der Haustür.

Wohngemeinschafts-Typ

Eine meiner Mitbewohnerinnen wird voraussichtlich im Juli ausziehen. Die beiden anderen Mitbewohner sind Studenten, die auch Teilzeit arbeiten. Sie sprechen Spanisch, Englisch und Deutsch.
Da jeder von uns einen ganz anderen Tagesablauf hat, sehen wir uns nicht allzu oft. Es gibt einen wöchentlichen Putzplan. Die Atmosphäre ist im Allgemeinen sehr entspannt.
