THE RENTING PERIOD

You can rent a room only in semester periods.
One year from 1 of september to 31 of june,
or from 1 of september to 31 of january
or from 1 of february to end of june.

There 4 individual furnished rooms,
a shared balcony with panoramic window with 'jesus view' as living room,
a big shared and fully equipped kitchen with a table and 4 stools,
a storage room with washing machine and
a patio for drying clothes and wetsuits,
there are two bathrooms divided into girls and boys bathroom.

There is the possiblity to rent the small kitchen room and the red carpet room toghether for 420€ + 50€ because it showed that it is more comfortable for everyone if there is one room open for all as a access to balcony.

THE ADDITIONAL COSTS

50€ each includes wifi, water, electricity and waste.
There is a final billing every year. If there were an higher consumption than this there could be a additional payment.

DEPOSIT

Every tenant has to pay an deposit of 1 monthly rent in advance.
