It's a duplex apartment with 5 rooms. Your room is on the top floor. This floor has balcony and another room, who will be your neighbor. And the bathroom on this floor will be shared by you both. Kitchen and balcony is shared by all 5 flatmates. There are 3 rooms below your floor which has their own bathroom. There is also a storage room where you can keep your things. The room is fully furnished with large bed and mattress (140*200), duvet (200*200), 2 pillows (40*80), table, chair, cupboard, shelf, mirror, bedside table. There's also a printer with a scanner and a private fridge.
The bus stop is right below the dorm. Rewe is 2 stops from here. And Edeka is 5 stops. The old Town is 4 stops. You can go for a nice walk along the river or up the hills. The room faces the beautiful river and the mountain and has a balcony in your floor.
In your neighbor room, Priya from India will be staying. Below you, there is Vino from Sri-Lanka. And Miriam from Germany, and Prajakta from India. It's a friendly flatshare and we all cook and have long conversations together sometimes. But, ofcourse, you can have your personal space and nobody disturbs you.
Washing machine and dryer are located in the ground floor and can be used with coins (2.50 euros for washing and 2.00 euros for drying). Pls whatsapp me if you're interested or have any more questions.
