Hey!!!
from 01. April 2025 in our 5-person shared flat is a room free. The room is about 11 qm.
Rent incl. utilities are 245,04€
Additionally Gez (broadcasting fee), garbage fees and internet (total about 15€ per month).
Total rent ist about 259.04€
Your room will be furnished. There is already a chair, a small closet and a bed with mattress. Also in room there is a nice ethernet cabel that you can connect to yours pc to have a nice speed of internet up to 500 mb/s but wifi are also working perfectly in room.
Lage:
The WG is located in an old building directly at the market place (very central).
The train station is around 7 min walk away.
Supermarkts can be reached in 3 minutes.
To the HfG main building 20 minutes, to the other HfG building 7 minutes.
WG-Leben
Your future flatmates are Jonas (23), Julien (27), Maria (26) and Elyanor (26).
Julien has already studied interaction design at the HfG and now works at the HfG and in a design office.
Jonas and Maria studies interectio design in the 4.Semester
Elyanor (26) studies communication design in the 7th semester.
Our shared flat is well equipped. Besides our washing machine here are two fridges, a freezer, toaster, microwave, enough dishes, cutlery and Julien's water boiler with a thermostat for a good tea ;)
The toilet and bathroom are separated from each other, so you won't get in each other's way in the morning.
We are open-minded roommates and always up for a nice chat.
We like to sit together in the kitchen and talk.
we like to go together to the other HfG flats parties or see each other there, is not a must, but always an option. :)
Visitors are always welcome to cook together or have a drink.
Although we like to spend time at evening together, everyone also needs privacy and time for himself, which we can all take of course at any time in the
our shared flat.
We are looking for a nice new flatmate (preferably an usuall or international Student at the HfG, but not only) who likes to spend an evening with us sometimes, responsible and open-minded.
