Schönes helles 17qm Zimmer in super netter 3-er WG!

In einer viertel Stunde ist man beim Weidenau ZOB, wo man alle möglichen Buslinien zur Uni und in die Stadt nehmen kann. Außerdem ist dort ein Einkaufszentrum u.a. mit Rewe, DM und Media Markt und ein Obi in der Nähe. 1 min zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt sind Haltestellen der C116 mit der man sowohl zum Weidenau ZOB als auch in die Stadt fahren kann. In 10 min ist man auch bei der Haltestelle Weidenau Polizei- von hier aus kann man sowohl die C111 zur Uni am Haardter Berg als auch viele Buslinien Richtung Stadt nehmen. In 20 min ist man somit mit dem Bus in der Stadt und zu Fuß sind es nur 25 min bis zur Oberstadt. Sowohl Kaufland als auch Aldi sind locker in 15 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Die WG befindet sich in einem Haus mit 2 anderen Parteien zu denen ein sehr nettes und entspanntes Verhältnis besteht. Ein Highlight der WG ist der Garten, der zum Haus gehört und von der WG mit genützt werden kann.

In a quarter of an hour you can be at Weidenau ZOB, where you can take a lot of buses to the university and the city centre. There is also a shopping centre with Rewe, DM and Media Markt and an Obi nearby Weidenau ZOB. The C116 bus stop "Försterstraße" is 1 minute's walk from the house and takes you both to Weidenau ZOB and into the city centre. In 10 minutes you can also reach the bus stop "Weidenau Polizei"- from here you can take the C111 to the university on Haardter Berg as well as many bus lines that bring you to the city centre. This means that you can be in the city centre in 20 minutes by bus and it is only a 25-minute walk to the upper town by foot. Both Kaufland and Aldi are easily reached on foot in 15 minutes.

The flat share is located in a house with 2 other parties and we have a very nice and relaxed relationship. A highlight of the shared flat is the garden, which belongs to the house and can be used by the shared flat.

Deine Mitbewohnerinnen wären Ruth und Sruthy und der WG Kater Leo.

Ruth studiert soziale Arbeit und hat einen Werkstudentenjob an der Uni. Sie ist super engagiert und momentan Vorsitzende vom Erasmus Student Network in Siegen. Sruthy studiert Informatik im Master. In ihrer Freizeit kocht sie gerne, macht gerne Yoga und unternimmt gerne Dinge mit Freunden.

Beide Mitbewohnerinnen sind super aufgeschlossene und liebe Menschen und ich habe mich hier immer sehr zu Hause gefühlt!! Da Sruthy aus Indien kommt wäre es gut, wenn du kein Problem damit hast englisch zu sprechen. Die WG ist definitiv keine Zweck-WG und es wäre schön, wenn das auch in Zukunft so bleiben würde.

Your flatmates would be Ruth and Sruthy and the flatmate's cat Leo.

Ruth is studying social work and has a student job at the university. She is very committed and is currently the chairwoman of the Erasmus Student Network in Siegen. Sruthy is studying for a Master's degree in computer science. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, doing yoga and doing things with friends.

Both flatmates are super open-minded and lovely people and I've always felt very much at home here! As Sruthy is from India, it would be good if you have no problem speaking English. The shared flat is definitely not a functional shared flat and it would be nice if it stayed that way in the future.

Die WG Küche ist mit allem notwendigem ausgestattet- es gibt neben dem Herd auch einen Backofen, eine Mikrowelle sowie einen Wasserkocher. Außerdem gibt es eine erst kürzlich neu angeschaffte Waschmaschine.
