Hi folks,
from February 2010 my room in our flat will be free. So i look for somebody
who wants to take it. Our flat is 120 qm² big, and 4 people are living there.
The flat is situated in ul. latinka, about 5 min. from the metrostation Juliot Curie.
Rent exclusive of heating/water is 162,5 €.
We have one bathroom with toilett, one seperate toilett, 3 balkonies,
internet (DSL), complete kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher and
a big living room.
