Hallo!
I'm looking for a person who can live in our WG from 01.03.2025. This room is one of four rooms in our WG. This room faces the balcony with one big window, unfortunately there's no door to go out. The view from the room is mostly the forecast, a bit of the lake Starnberg.
The room looks like photos furnished; bed, mattress, small lamp beside the bed, big closet, desk and cheer. All fees are included.
In the shared place, we have one kitchen, one bathroom and a small toilet. The kitchen tools are prepared by the landlord already; two refrigerators, kettle and other things like pot or cutlery. But no microwave here. If you interested in other details, please ask me freely. I can show you other photos too.
I'm now living in this room and I'll move at the end of February, so if you need to live a bit earlier, I can adjust the day to move in.
About the transport, we have a bus stop in 5 minutes by foot. It takes around 5 minutes to get to the Starnberg Nord station by bus. It'll take only 30 mins to get to Munich from Starnberg Nord, so many of us have work or study in Munich.
Flatmates
We're living together with 4 people including me now. One room is big and available to share, so maybe it'll increase to 5 in the future.
Salim is the Master student of Physics in LMU.
Ayluth is Columbian and she's a doctor. She is working in Munich.
Julia is a hairdresser, still going to the school of beauty.
