A ROOM/SHARED APARTMENT NEEDED STARTING 25 SEPT/01 OCT, warm rent: MAX EUR 400

I am Serly. I am from Indonesia. female 25yo.
I am an organized, quiet, and respectful person, I am looking for accommodation (shared apartment/room/apartment) for my study starting this Winter Semester in Straubing.

I am looking for furnished accommodation.
Hoping to move in starting end of September/beginning of October (22 Sept/01 Oct 2023).
My budget is warm rent maximum EUR 400.

I cook, therefore I hope to find one with a kitchen and refrigerator.
And hopefully with laundry/washing machine
Doesn't matter if it's shared!

I speak English, Indonesian, and will learn German as well. We can exchange language if you want!

Any help with accommodation would be appreciated!
