The room is fully furnished with Bed, Table and wardrobe. And if need you could also bring your furniture. The room is lit with ample amount of natural light all day through.
The kitchen has a fridge with a freezer, over and enough storage space. Also, the bathroom is with a tub and shower.
There is a waschmaschine available on the keller and also place to store stuff.

The room is perfectly located in Straubing. The shopping complex with Edeka, Apotheke, Tedi, and the Getranken markt is just a 5 minute walks away. Also there is a Oriental shop nearby and also if you wish to have a restaurant food the Wenish is like a 3 minutes walk away.
And if you are planning to visit the city centre, it is like a 10-minute walk away and also the TUM Campus is like a 15-minute walk. It is faster with a cycle.

The Straubing Bahnhof is alo a 7 minute walk, so if you want to catch a late or an early train, it is quite easy.

The room is shared between 2 others. And the wg is quite calm and relaxed and everyone has thier own privacy. And everyone in the flat share is willing to help and if you are new to the city, just ask anyone for help and they would be more than happy to help you.
