Die Wohnung liegt etwas abseits der nächsten Hauptstraße, weshalb die Lage angenehm ruhig ist. Und auch die Anbindung könnte kaum besser sein. Innerhalb von weniger als 5 Minuten erreicht man 3 verschiedene U-Bahnlinien. Und auch die S-Bahn in Untertürkheim ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Ebenfalls zu Fuß sind diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Aldi, REWE, 2 türkische Supermärkte, OBI und auch Lidl und Penny zu erreichen.
Wenn man ein wenig Natur genießen möchte, kann man einen der vielen Parks in Stuttgart besuchen, ins Inselbad nach Untertürkheim gehen oder in den Weinbergen spazieren.

The apartment is located slightly away from the nearest main road, which is why the location is pleasantly quiet. And the connections could hardly be better. Within less than 5 minutes you can reach 3 different subway lines. And the S-Bahn in Untertürkheim can also be reached in less than 10 minutes.
Various shopping facilities such as Aldi, REWE, 2 Turkish supermarkets, OBI, Lidl and Penny are also within walking distance.
If you want to enjoy a bit of nature, you can visit one of the many parks in Stuttgart, go to the Inselbad in Untertürkheim or take a walk in the vineyards.

Aktuell sind wir zu viert, suchen aber aktuell auch noch eine/n weitere/n Mitbewohni. Eric (dein Vormieter) wird die WG Ende Februar verlassen und sucht nun eine/n Nachmieter/in. Die WG Sprach ist Englisch.

Aktuell wohnen hier:
Nuria (28) schreibt gerade ihre Doktorarbeit im Bereich der Herzmedizin und engagiert sich in zwei Aktivistengruppen in Stuttgart.
Gagandeep (25), ist ein echter Sportfanatiker, steht kurz vor dem Abschluss seines Masterstudiums im Bereich Elektromobilität und bewirbt sich gerade um den besten Job in der Gegend.
Radia (20), macht eine Ausbildung zur Bäckerin und ist mit Abstand die energischste und lustigste Person in der WG.

Unser Alltag in der WG ist lebhaft und entspannt zugleich. Wir verbringen immer gerne spontan Zeit miteinander, sei es beim gemeinsamen Essen, in der Kneipe oder beim Film und machen gemeinsame Ausflüge. Gleichzeitig haben wir natürlich auch unsere Ruhe, wann immer wir wollen.
Wir suchen jemanden, der offen, kommunikativ und kontaktfreudig ist. Natürlich sind auch Eigenschaften wie Sauberkeit für uns sehr wichtig.

Englisch

There are currently four of us, but we are also looking for another flatmate. Eric (your previous tenant) will be leaving the shared flat at the end of February and is now looking for a new tenant. The common language is English.

Currently living here:
Nuria (28) is currently writing her doctoral thesis in the field of heart medicine and is involved in two activist groups in Stuttgart.
Gagandeep (25), is a real sports fanatic, is about to complete his master's degree in electromobility and is currently applying for the best job in the area.
Radia (20) is training to be a baker and is by far the most energetic and funniest person in the flat share.

Our everyday life in the shared flat is lively and relaxed at the same time. We always like to spend time together spontaneously, whether it's eating together, going to the pub or watching a movie and going on excursions together. At the same time, of course, we also have our peace and quiet whenever we want.
We are looking for someone who is open, communicative and sociable. Of course, qualities such as cleanliness are also very important to us.

Da es sich bei uns definitiv nicht um eine Zweck WG handelt, suchen wir eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in, der/die ebenfalls Interesse hat, sich in ein harmonisches WG Leben zu integrieren. Der Preis für das Zimmer ist pauschal und beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten (Strom, Wasser, Internet, Müll, GEZ)

As we are definitely not a purpose-built shared flat, we are looking for a new flatmate who is also interested in integrating into a harmonious shared flat life. The price for the room is all-inclusive and includes all utilities (electricity, water, internet, garbage, GEZ)
