Hi! A room is becoming available in our 4-person shared flat, so we are looking for a new flatmate (aged 25 and over) from 01/06.
We live on the 5th floor of an old building and have a great view over Stuttgart from up there.
The room is about 13 square metres in size and very bright. From the windows you have a marvellous view over the rooftops of the west.
The flat share is located in the very popular west of Stuttgart, which is known for its many restaurants and pubs. The weekly market (always on Saturdays) at Bismarckplatz is just a 5-minute walk away.
The transport connections are perfect, you only have to walk 50 metres to the escalator at the Schwabstraße stop, from where you can take all 6 S-Bahn lines through Stuttgart. The city centre can also be easily reached on foot in 15 minutes.
Shopping facilities are just around the corner (300m). There is a Rewe, Edeka, Penny, DM and a pharmacy. A pizza bakery and Asian food shop are even closer.
Parking facilities are not ideal, as is usually the case in the west. But you can find something if you look.
We are looking for a flatmate: Inn for our beautiful 4-person shared flat in the west of Stuttgart, as our current flatmate is moving out.
We are a mixed flat share where everyone can have their peace and quiet, but community is also valued. We like to sit together in the living room and chat, play games, have a beer or a glass of wine, or watch a film together. We also like to go out together when the opportunity arises. Anything goes, nothing has to. We all like each other very much and live in a harmonious shared flat :-)

We're looking for someone open-minded to live with us who isn't just here to sleep. Of course, there may be times when you have the flat to yourself for a few days.

The room is typically unfurnished. However, arrangements can be made with the current tenant to purchase certain furnishings, such as clothing rails and the built-in shelving system, along with pricing details.
There is an additional cost of €250, to be paid to our departing flatmate (the price includes depreciation). This covers the transfer of purchased appliances, including the washing machine, stove, oven, dishwasher, and grill. The appliances are no older than two years, with the newest being just one-year-old.
If you are interested in the vacant room, please contact us by message (including your age and mobile phone number) and send some information about yourself, e.g. your background and hobbies. Please write your messages in English. Our flatmate who will leave the room will be reviewing the messages sent and unfortunately, she does not speak German.
