It is a renovated old-style apartment in Stuttgart-West with high ceilings and wooden floors on the mezzanine floor of a 5-family house. It is 103 square meters, has a small daylight bathroom with a bathtub, a balcony, a living room, a cellar and enough space in the backyard to park your bike, etc. Your room is 15 square meters and will be handed over completely unfurnished. The apartment is fully equipped. You can always find a parking space, since resident parking works really well. The discount costs are joint facility purchases. All costs are included in the rent (Electricity, Gas, Internet, etc.).
The apartment has the perfect mix of a quiet location and access to big city life. It is located in a quiet side street with little traffic in the middle of the west of Stuttgart.
In a few meters (less than 5 minutes) you are at Schloss-Johannesstrasse with the underground lines U2, U29 and U34. The number 41 bus stop is also only about 50 meters from our front door. The Feuersee S-Bahn station is only a stone's throw away in 7 minutes. From there there is a connection to all S-Bahn lines in the city. There at the Feuersee you can chill wonderfully and it only takes about 10 minutes to get to the city center.
Shops such as Edeka, Rewe, Lidl, organic market, post office and various cafés (e.g. Cafe Moulu) are right around the corner.
Hello there,
Endrys (32) and Daniela (31) have from 1st December. A room in a shared apartment in our beautiful three-person shared apartment on offer because our roommate is unfortunately leaving us.
Endrys (32) works as a project manager in the automotive industry (financial services division). When she is not working from home or lifting weights at the gym, she is on her way somewhere in the world (Marco Polo is her nickname, so you could imagine how much she loves travelling). She is the oldest in the flat now and has been living there for almost 2 years. Daniela (31) works in retail, she is kind of new in town, she moved 6 months ago. She travels sometimes a lot for work, so she cherish chill out after long days of work. She likes wine, art galleries and music.
We wish for a relaxed time together and also respect the need to close the door behind you to have privacy. A healthy mix, so to speak. We are not a party WG and we don't want to be either ;) We both have a permanent job and regulated times, so we are not looking for students, but someone who finds himself in our life reality.
Please note we are looking for someone who can speak both German and English fluently, so you can support with the formalities of German bureaucracy when it comes to the rental.
