I am advertising my room in the student residence at Filderbahnplatz in Stuttgart Möhringen, for subletting until the end of August this year. A subsequent takeover of the room is possible in consultation with the Studierendenwerk.
The room is located on the 8th floor of the hall of residence, facing east. In the room there is a closet, shelving unit, desk with extra drawer and an additional mobile container under the bed frame. The furniture belongs to the Studierendenwerk and must remain in the room, additional furniture can of course be added! I have a whiteboard glued to the wall, which is great for working productively at home.
There is an elevator and a laundry room in the basement of the building that can be used with a payment card.
A total of 6 people live in the apartment, which is why we attach great importance to cleanliness and consideration for the other flatmates. There are two showers and two toilets, each in its own room - so there are no problems with bathroom occupancy.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge/freezer and microwave.
Internet is provided by a student association for around €8 per month, up to 1Gb/s is available thanks to a fiber optic connection.
You have to be a student to receive a subletting contract.
